Welcome to Brilliant Flight School™ ("Flight School," "we," "us," or "our"), a digital business program operated by Brilliant Lifestyle ("the Company"). By purchasing, accessing, or otherwise using Flight School — including any workbook, video lesson, downloadable resource, bonus, or community space we provide — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the program.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. We may update them from time to time; the most current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date above.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase Flight School. By enrolling, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are purchasing for yourself or for a business you are authorized to represent.

Flight School is an educational product. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or investment advice, and nothing in the program creates a professional advisory relationship. You should consult qualified professionals before acting on any guidance in the materials.
The current price of Flight School is displayed at checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, but you will only be charged the price shown at the time you complete your purchase. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location.
Because Flight School is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. If you believe you have a special circumstance, please reach out to Denise@mybrilliantlifestyle.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will consider your request in good faith.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and program files secure. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your access to any other person. Each enrollment is for a single user. Suspected sharing or distribution may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund.
All content within Flight School — including the workbook, videos, written materials, branding, templates, frameworks, audio, design elements, and the "Flight School" and "Brilliant Lifestyle" names and logos — is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the materials internally for your own learning and business; you may not reproduce, repackage, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works for sale without our prior written permission.
If you complete worksheets, exercises, or planning documents inside the workbook, that output belongs to you. The underlying templates and frameworks do not.

We believe in this program and have built it to give you a clear, repeatable foundation. However, individual results depend on many factors outside our control — your effort, your market, your industry, your starting point, the time you invest, and the decisions you make. We make no guarantees of any specific outcome, revenue, profit, or business success.
The materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Flight School. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the program will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Flight School at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the materials, or take any action that, in our reasonable judgment, harms the program, our community, or our brand. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to that venue.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the program or by email where reasonably possible. Continued use of Flight School after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
